Beetroot Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh beetroot – peeled and chopped 
  • ½ cup cashew nuts 
  • 1 dessertspoon shaved parmesan 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons paprika 
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric 
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice 
  • Salt and Pepper taste

Method

Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined. Serve straight away or store in the fridge
