Beetroot Dip
Ingredients
1 fresh beetroot – peeled and chopped
½ cup cashew nuts
1 dessertspoon shaved parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and Pepper taste
Method
Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined. Serve straight away or store in the fridge
