Chococado Haystacks

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado 
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or your fav natural sweetener) 
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut 
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

Method

In your food processor blend the avocado, cacao, vanilla and maple syrup until well combined. In a separate bowl mix the coconut and oats, then add in the avocado mixture and combine together. Place small amounts of mixture into mini cupcake trays and place in the freezer. Ready when set – store in the freezer
