Salted Caramel Bites
Ingredients
1 cup pitted dates
½ cup tahini
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tsp ground cardamom
Rock Salt
Baking Paper
Method
Place the dates, tahini, coconuts oil, cardamom in food processor. Combine until a nice paste is formed. Press the paste into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and smooth the top out until even. Sprinkle with some rock salt, freeze until firm 1-2 hours. Remove from freezer, cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Makes around 12 squares.
