Ingredients
1 cup oat meal – or process normal oats in food processor until they are broken down slightly.
1 tablespoon pure peanut butter (health food store) or almond butter
1 tablespoon pure honey or rice malt syrup
1 dessertspoon flax meal
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup roughly chopping almonds
Method
In a saucepan over medium heat place peanut butter and honey, let it melt together until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients, mix well until all combined. Spoon into ice cube trays, pat them down with the back of a spoon then place in the freezer for 15 minutes until they set, store in the fridge.
