Cheesy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 250 grams Low Fat Cottage cheese 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • ½ cup buckwheat flour 
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda 
  • Rice malt syrup to drizzle

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processors, blend until smooth. Pour ingredients onto your sandwich press and cook for a couple of minutes each side. Serve and drizzle some rice malt syrup on top.
