NOLIMITS 2.0 is completely different from my original NOLIMITS Program, new training, new food and a brand new look, including a stunning bound book version of the program which you can choose as an option in addition to the digital version.

This program is perfect for you if have trained with weights in the past. Weight training will give your body shape and is great for maintaining your weight long term. If you are brand new to weight training, please start with my 8 week NOEXCUSES2.0 Program.

NOLIMITS2.0 has an eating plan specifically designed to shred you down including 3 phases of carb-cycling to get you the best possible results in 8 weeks.

In my support group (now called Beach Club) as well as having access to me personally 5 days a week, you can also take part in ‘live’ training sessions each week, a mix of weights, yoga, cardio, dance & more!

NOLIMITS2.0 is an 8 week journal style program with each day mapped out for you clearly and simply, showing your meals and outlining your training daily.

The program provides a 56 day eating plan including weekly shopping lists as well as gym and home based training sessions. There are no fancy ingredients needed either, just healthy, balanced food that you can buy at your local supermarket. You will need to complete a little prep each week to set yourself up for success for the week ahead.

Training wise NOLIMITS is designed for people who have had experience with weight training in the past.
