Check out my yummy Quinoa porridge! Quinoa (pronounced Keen-Wa) is one of my favourite grains. Its gluten free, high in fibre and also very high in protein.

Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 dessertspoon chai seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Drizzle maple syrup (use 100% pure)
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Handful raspberries

Method:

Cook quinoa in saucepan of water as per instructions. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Transfer to a bowl and dress with other ingredients.
