An easy morning tea option that will give you heaps of energy and keep you satisfied!

Weight Loss / Maintain

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 tsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 thin strips of capsicum, chopped into tiny squares
  • 2 slices turkey breast, cut into strips

Method:

Mix quinoa, feta and capsicum together. Lay both slices turkey out flat, side by side. Spoon mixture onto both, wrap each one into a cylinder and enjoy.

 

* When you cook quinoa it doubles in size so, if you want a serving of ½ cup, use ¼ cup of raw quinoa.
