This is a great option to make ahead and take out with you. A bit of spice to get your metabolism firing and also to curb your hunger.

  • ½ cup (125g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cayenne pepper
  • 1 carrot, cut into sticks
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into sticks


Put the cottage cheese, smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic powder and cayenne pepper into a small blender and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer dip to a small bowl and serve with carrot and celery sticks.
