I LOVE Smoked Salmon and this quick and easy salad is high in good fats and protein which makes it an excellent option for lunch or dinner x

Ingredients:

  • Mesclun Lettuce
  • 3 thin slices of smoked salmon sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds
  • 6 cubes of feta
  • Capsicum
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method:

Wash lettuce place in a bowl then top with all other ingredients.
