Out of all the delicious recipes this is my favourite. This fudge is something I can only make occasionally because I am known to eat the whole batch. Its amazing how something that has only a few ingredients and which is so simple to make tastes so good!


  • 1 cup Almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Combine the almond butter, cacao powder and maple syrup in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, add the chopped walnuts and stir to combine.

Line a small square baking tin with baking paper and spoon in the mixture. Using the back of the spoon, spread out the mixture so it is about 2.5cm thick and a nice square shape

Refrigerate for 2 hours, slice into squares and store in fridge.
