Delicious dinner meal for everyone!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken tenderloins
  • 6 basil leaves – fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 walnuts
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 mushrooms
  • ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Add basil, garlic, walnuts, olive oil to a food process and blend until all ingredients are combined.

Place chicken on some baking paper and spoon the basil mixture on top.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve with salad.
