This is once recipe that will get your mouth watering, a great option for meals 1 or 2. Super simple and a great way to give your body the energy it needs to train hard.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Method:

In a bowl add in yoghurt, passionfruit and maple syrup, mix well. In a glass carefully spoon in some quinoa, then top with the yoghurt mixture, repeat this process again then enjoy.
