The best breakfast ever – full of nutrients and tastes great. A great way to start your day!

Weight Loss | Shred | Maintain

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 Strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries

Method:

Place oats in a colander and give them a good rinse. Drain and place in a bowl. Top with cinnamon and almond milk cover with glad wrap and place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning dress the oats up with some chia seeds, strawberries and blueberries. Serve and enjoy x (Optional you can heat the oats in the microwave for a minute if you want them warm).
