A portion-controlled treat!



  • 1 cup (250g) Greek-style Yoghurt
  • ½ cup (125g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup (70g) frozen raspberries
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 14 raspberries, extra for decoration


Combine the yoghurt, cottage cheese, raspberries, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor.

Blend until smooth, then spoon the mixture into an ice tray. Top each cube with a raspberry, then place the tray in the freezer for a few hours until mixture sets.

Push out a cube and enjoy!
