This is a great easy treat to keep in the freezer for when unexpected friends drop by if it lasts that long x

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbl coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp celtic salt


Toss macadamia nuts into food processor and blend until nuts form a butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.

Transfer batter onto a sheet of baking paper and smooth out with spatula. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy
