This is a breakfast high in protein and full of fibre that is quick and easy to prepare!

  • 1 slice rye bread
  • 2 tsp low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 slice turkey breast
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced


Toast the bread in a toaster. Spread with the cottage cheese, add turkey and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
