This is seriously a great dish, a hint of spice and the chicken just falls apart!

Weight Loss / Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken Breast diced
  • ½ cauliflower head
  • 1 knob garlic – minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 capsicums diced
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock mixed with ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp hot or mild paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4-5 medium tomatoes diced
  • Garnish:
  • 1 avocado
  • Lime
  • Bunch of coriander

Method:

Place everything into a slow cooked and cook for 8 hours on low, or until the chicken is falling apart and is nice and thick.

Garnish with avocado, coriander, lime and chilli flakes
