Perfect, healthy afternoon snack!

Weight Loss / Shred / Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 thing strips capsicum, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ small red (Spanish) onion, chopped

Method:

Remove the ends of the celery stalks and wash celery.

In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, then add chia seeds, capsicum, lemon juice and onion, and season with salt and pepper.

Mix well, then spoon into the hollow of the celery stalks. Crunch and enjoy.
