I have been using the Phillip’s Airfryer for a while now and am totally in LOVE with it. This version of fish and chips is so simple and all cooked without any fuss in the Philips Airfryer.

Weight Loss / Shred / Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole sweet potato
  • 2 pieces perch (white fish)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Rock salt
  • Lemon wedges

Method:

Peel and cut sweet potato into chips. Place in the Philips Airfryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

After 7 mins pull the basket out and give it a good shake, place it back in and cook until desired time. Place chips in a bowl and sprinkle with rock salt.

Sprinkle some paprika and curry powder onto fish, place fish into the Philips Airfryer for 9 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then serve.
