This would have to be my favourite addition to any meal – salad, wrap, or just use it as a dip. This healthy mayonnaise is really easy to make and tastes great!!

Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Macadamia Nuts
  • 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian spice
  • 1 teaspoon of Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of celtic salt (or table salt)
  • 1/2 cup water

Method:

Throw all ingredients into food processor and blend to smooth, enjoy!!
