This is an easy snack that is high in protein and fibre. The cinnamon is there to help stabilise your blood-sugar levels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • ½ cup (125g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Method:

Slice the apple into 8 slices.

In a small bowl, mix yoghurt and cinnamon together.

Dollop the yoghurt mixture onto apple slices and enjoy.
