These little balls are so yummy and are a fantastic healthy treat for the kids lunch boxes  🙂

Maintain

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • ÂĽ cup raspberries
  • ÂĽ cup Cacao butter (can substitute with Coconut Oil)
  • ½ cup Cacao
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Malt Syrup or Agave
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut

Method:

Put the dates & raspberries in the food processor until combined and set aside. On a low heat melt the cacao butter.

In a bowl combine the melted butter, cacao and agave . Add raspberries & dates and mix together and use your hands to form into balls.

Roll the balls in coconut and put them in the fridge to set.
