For all those lovers of dark chocolate this rich cherry ripe slice is for you!!
Line a small baking dish or plastic container with baking powder.
Ensure you coconut oil is liquefied, if not put your 3/4 of a cup in a bowl and rest it on top of another bowl filled with boiling water – it should melt in seconds.
Place cacao, coconut oil, vanilla, pinch salt and agave in a bowl and give it a good mix. Place into food processor with coconut and cherries and combine.
Spoon out mixture onto baking paper into a nice square and place in the freezer. Once set cut into squares or bars and enjoy x
