This is one of my favourite go-to snacks: I love this combo!
Weight Loss / Maintain
Wash celery and cut the ends of the stalks on an angle so you have a nice boat shape.
In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, the spread and chia seeds.
Spoon the mixture into celery boats and enjoy.
