Easy morning tea snack!



  • 1 cup (95g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (25g) puffed rice
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 6 dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp rice milk, or your milk of choice


Put the oats, puffed rice, carrot, date, vanilla essence, cinnamon and chia seeds into a food processor and blend until combined. Add the rice milk and blend to a smooth paste.

Use your hands to form the mixture into balls (a bit smaller than a golf ball) and place balls on a tray in the fridge. Allow to set for at least 1 hour.

Store balls in an airtight container in the fridge. These are a great option for when you are on the go.
