These balls are a great meal 2 option, super easy to make and jam packed full of nutrients and flavour! Mesquite powder gives these balls the caramel flavoured paired with the dates – yum!!


  • 1 tbl Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 8 Medjool Dates
  • 1 tbl Mesquite Powder
  • 2 tbl Almond Milk
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup desiccated Coconut


Remove Seeds from dates and into quarters. Add dates, protein powder, oats, mesquite powder, salt and almond milk to a food processed. Blend until all ingredients come together into a ball. Add coconut into a shallow bowl. Place mixture onto a cutting board and start rolling the mixture into small balls and then rolling the balls into the coconut.

NB: You can use your milk of choice and you can also leave out the protein powder if you like and replace with a 1tsp of vanilla essence.
