A super sweet meal 1 option that you will absolutely love. My banana split recipe is high in fibre, as well as being a great source of carbohydrates and it takes me back to the memories I have as a child eating my mum’s baked rice custard.


  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


Mash banana in a bowl. In a saucepan add in banana, brown rice, milk, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Warm it through and enjoy!
