Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (50g) oats
  • ½ cup (70g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup (250mL) rice milk, or milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: add a scoop of vanilla powder to the smoothie. This will not only increase the protein, it will also add a little more sweetness.

Method:

Put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and serve.
