This tasty morning tea is a good source or carbohydrates as well as being high in protein and fibre: exactly what you want!

Weight Loss / Shred / Maintain

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (115g) tinned refried black beans
  • 3 thin strips capsicum, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber

Method:

Put the black beans, capsicum, smoked paprika, curry powder, cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar into a food processor and process until smooth.

Slice carrot and cucumber into sticks.

Spoon dip into a small bowl and serve on a plate surrounded by veggie dipping sticks.
