This smoothie recipe is a great way to start the day and get you through your morning. It is really creamy and yummy!

Weight Loss / Shred / Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vitality Super Greens
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy, enjoy! x
