This is a great dip to share with friends and packs a punch in flavour!

Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh beetroot – peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • 1 dessertspoon shaved parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper taste

Method:

Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined.

Serve straight away or store in the fridge :-)
