A quick snack to prepare and have ready in the fridge – watch them disappear!!



  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Apple (peeled and cored)
  • 1 orange squeezed
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 dessertspoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Almonds (soaked)
  • 2 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • Sesame seeds (to roll balls in)


Place Almonds into a bowl of water and soak, if I know I am making this I normally soak them overnight, otherwise a couple of hours is fine.

Place all ingredients into food processor (except sesame seeds) and process until well combined. Roll mixture into balls, then roll ball into some sesame seeds then place on some baking paper, pop in the fridge to set.
