The fast and healthy way to get your chocolate fix!

Maintain

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Cacao
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup LSA
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of coconut for top (optional)

Method:

Add all ingredients into the mug and give it a good mix (1-2 minutes) until well combined.

Flatten the top and place in microwave for 60 seconds.
