Chop chicken up into smaller pieces. Mince garlic. Grate ginger. Finely chop spring onion. Break off the chalky ends of each asparagus spear and slice the spears in half. In a fry pan add in a little olive oil spray over medium to high heat. Add in garlic, ginger and chicken and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until chicken starts to turn white then add in spring onions, broccoli and asparagus and saute for a further 5 minutes. Then add in tamari and ¼ cup water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes then sprinkle with almonds and serve.

1 spring onion

4 asparagus spears

1 tbl tamari

¼ cup slivered almonds

½ cup broccoli
