Line a patty pan baking tin with glad wrap.
Place all ingredients into food processor except coconut oil and orange juice.
Once combined transfer to a bowl, add oil and juice and mix until the mixture forms a ball.
Spoon mixture on top of glad wrap into each hole in the tin, place in the fridge until firm.
Soak cashews in boiling water for ten minutes, then add to food processor along with yoghurt, maple syrup. Blend until smooth, slowly add tiny amounts of water until you get a bit thicker than cream like consistency.
Plate up and enjoy.

10 Fresh Dates
1 pkt glace cherries
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup Flaxmeal
Teaspoon All Spice
Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Dessertspoon Coconut Oil
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup cashews – soaked ten minutes in boiling water
1/3 cup Chobani Yoghurt (greek yoghurt)
¼ cup Pure maple syrup
Water add scarcely to get cream like consistency.
