Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease muffin tray with some coconut oil spray. Melt cacao butter in a saucepan on medium heat, add cacao powder and mix together.
In a bowl beat the eggs, add in the flour and maple syrup and combine. Then mix in the cacao mixture cover with cling wrap and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
Fill muffin tray ¾ full with mixture and place in the oven for 5 minutes – enjoy!
