In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, smoked paprika, chives and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper and give it a good mix.


Wash the cucumbers and remove the ends, then cut them in half lengthways. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto each boat and top with smoked salmon.


½ cup (125g) low-fat cottage cheese

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp chopped chives

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

2 slices smoke salmon

2 Lebanese (short) cucumber
