Grease 4 ramekins.

Sift flour, cacao and baking powder into a large bowl and mix.

In a separate bowl whisk eggs then add in apple sauce, ghee, rice milk, maple syrup and vanilla – give a good mix.

Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until it is combined. Add in the raspberries and fold in nicely.

Spoon mixture into ramekins, flatten the top of mixture and place in the Philips Airfryer for 10 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

¼ cup ghee (melted)

1/4 cup rice milk

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla paste (or Vanilla Essence)

1 cup frozen raspberries

4 Ramekins
