If you have a spiraliser or a peeler that can shred zucchini use it to produce angel hair like zucchini pasta or cut the zucchini into thin strips.
In a saucepan on medium heat add in olive oil, chilli, shallots, garlic, ginger, basil – sweat them off until they soften.
Add into the sauce pan the zucchini, stir well then drain water off the crab and add into the saucepan to warm through the crab. Drizzle with some lemon and serve immediately.
