Place oil in a non-stick fry pan along with garlic and onion – stir fry until onion is translucent. Chop Cauliflower into florets and place in food processor, blend until it forms rice consistency.
Add Cauliflower, beans, carrots, zucchini, capsicum and tamari to pan and give a good mix for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile crack the eggs into a bowl and mix together, place in a small non-stick fry pan and keep mixing with wooden spoon until scrambled. Once scrambled add to the other ingredients, warm through.

8 Green beans chopped
1 Carrot Chopped
1 Zucchini Chopped
6 thin strips of capsicum chopped
3 TBSP tamari
1 glove garlic grated or chopped
1 TBSP Rice Bran Oil
