Put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and serve.
½ cup (50g) oats
½ cup (70g) frozen mixed berries
1 small banana
1 cup (250mL) rice milk, or milk of your choice
t tsp chia seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Optional: add a scoop of vanilla powder to the smoothie. This will not only increase the protein, it will also add a little more sweetness.
