Steam Cauliflower and Sweet potato till they are soft then mash.
Cook the fish on sandwich press or in a non stick pan. While this is cooking put the remaining ingredients in the food processor and puree.
Place the fish on bed of the puree and serve with the mash and your favourite salad. Sprinkle the fish with chilli flakes.

1/2 teaspoon chilli paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
