Put the black beans, capsicum, smoked paprika, curry powder, cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar into a food processor and process until smooth.
Slice carrot and cucumber into sticks.
Spoon dip into a small bowl and serve on a plate surrounded by vegie dipping sticks.
