Method >

Place all ingredients except walnuts into a food processor until smooth. Fold through walnuts. Line a baking dish with baking paper, pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. Let the brownies cool then cut into squares.

6 dates chopped

1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

½ cup oats

¼ cup coconut oil – melted

1 tbl brown rice syrup

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp baking powder

¼ cup walnuts – chopped

Pinch of Salt
