In a small saucepan add in Teff, cinnamon, vanilla and 1.5 cups water. Bring to boil then simmer covered for about 10 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. Stirring occasionally.
Either grate or process apple into fine pieces. In a small frypan add 1 cup water and bring to boil then add apple, once boiling then cover and reduce to simmer until liquid has absorbed. Then add some apple into the teff mixture and mix then add in rice milk and combine.
Place the teff into a bowl, top with more apple and goji berries.
