Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, grease muffin tin.
In a processer place apple sauce, dates, coconut oil, eggs and vanilla. Process until combined, the transfer to a bowl.
In a separate bowl add spelt flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, all spice and diced apple, mix and add to wet ingredients, mix until combined then fill muffin tins till ¾ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12.

2 cups spelt flour

1 tsp allspice
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced into small squares
