“Over the years my weight has slowly crept on..15kg of it… I (was) a serial yo yo dieter who was always looking for that quick fix, wanted to wake up skinny and would get to the 3 week mark, see no results and look for another fad diet.  Trust me, I have tried them all, 5:2, LCHF, Michelle Bridges, Weight Watchers, Shakes, paleo etc etc. I love food so all these were great (except shakes) but oh so wrong for my body.

I had been following Kim Beach Community face book page for a while and seeing all the AMAZING results and thinking, it was too good to be true and photo shopped, it cant be real…surely!!!  Guess what – it is REAL!!!  I was sent 2 lots of sample menus before I actually bit the bullet and jumped on the most inspiring, motivational, and supportive journey ever.

Prior to joining I had been training really hard for 3 months and eating really healthy (quit sugar, low fat, no carb-protein, paleo etc) but just wasn’t getting the results.  It was time to “tweek” my food and the principals of Kim Beach have changed my life forever.

This program has taught me that this is not a diet, it is a sustainable, maintainable, motivational and most of all enjoyable journey for health and a better life.  As a busy mum of Mr 8 and Ms 6 food for me needs to be simple, affordable and not take any more than 20 mins to prepare.  The meals are very family friendly but as my kids are fussy eaters I alter meals to suit them.   My life feels a whole lot simpler and I know what I am going to eat my next meal.

The support group on this program is absolutely amazing.  Its like a cyber family of woman who are all on the same journey and have the support from each other without being judged or ridiculed.   The team behind Kim Beach I swear work 24/7.  No question gets left unanswered and the uplifting and encouraging words are from their heart.

Overall, I would recommend this program to anyone who has some weight to lose, tone up or just generally wants a healthy life style.  The daily exercise has become a ritual for me.  It has improved my depression and tiredness and has allowed me to have some me time that I look forward to everyday.  I was fortunate that I had a best buddy to train with and a rock by my side.

I can not say thank you enough to Kim Beach and her amazing team who are by her side.  I have been privileged enough to have met Kim and Ally, the best few hours of my life and a memory instilled forever.

For any one thinking about doing this program, go for it, you will have no regrets?
