Four Fast Favourites for the Family!

Coming up with different meals every night that are nutritious, fast to put together and to the taste of the entire family can be tricky at the best of times!! So today I wanted to share with you four of my favourite quick and easy recipes that are perfect for the whole family!

They are all full of goodness and taste great which means your family will (hopefully) enjoy eating them, probably without realizing how healthy they are…..

Lamb Souvlaki with Tzatziki


Personally, my family loves anything on a stick – it makes it so easy to eat! This one is great because you can get creative with the vegetables that you use and you can serve it up with rice or sweet potato mash to keep the kids happy!

Tuna & Sweet Potato Patties

DSC02440These patties are so full of flavour that they are sure to please everyone in your camp! It only takes a 6-8 minutes to get them that lovely golden brown colour and they go perfectly with some well-placed greens on the plate!

Tandoori Chicken Salad

Tandoori ChickenThis one only takes 20 mins to marinade and 20 minutes to cook, and it looks super impressive when you serve it up. You can make it as spicy as you want and feel free to add rice to the plate as well!

Cauliflower Fried Rice

DSC02377All the texture of normal fried rice without the heavy carbs and fats! You can add any protein you like and dress with Tamari or Soy to give it more of a Chinese cuisine style flavour.
