4 Fast Family Favourites!

Easter is behind us and its time to get back on track with lots of good healthy food…so today I thought I would share 4 of my favourite recipes that fit the bill for the whole family and are super easy to make!

They are all full of goodness and taste great which means your family will (hopefully) enjoy eating them, probably without realizing how healthy they are…..

Make it as spicy as you like and add in some rice for the family if you like. 20 mins to marinade and 20 minutes to cook, looks amazing on the plate.

Cauliflower Fried Rice (Click here to download the free recipe)

All the texture of normal fried rice without the heavy carbs and fats. You can add any protein you like and dress with Tamari (or Soy) for authentic Chinese flavours.

My family loves anything on a stick so this is ideal for a fast family dinner. You can replace the lamb with beef if you want and get creative with the vegetables. Again you could serve with some rice or sweet potato mash for the kids.
